Trinity's building facilities are available for use by parishioners as well as communiity groups and organizations who would like to use the church facilities. Please download and complete this form to request the use of church space and/or to reserve a date on the the parish calendar. Completed forms can be scanned/emailed to the parish office or mailed/hand-delivered to office mailbox in the building.
In addition, the Church Rental Policy and Rental Form is available below and should be completed for those individuals and organizations who wish to rent space for private or community events.
